Operation Manager

• Manage daily operations of turf, pickleball, badminton, cricket nets, cafe & events

• Handle bookings, resolve slot conflicts, oversee ground/cafe staff

• Coordinate coaching class schedules with coaches

• Manage event bookings — birthdays, corporate outings, tournaments

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service quality

• Report daily occupancy, sales & attendance data to management

• Coordinate (not process) with accounts staff and external HR for cash and payroll data
