Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels
• Support customers regarding orders, tracking, exchanges, returns, and product-related queries
• Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution
• Maintain proper follow-up with customers until the issue is resolved
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions
• Update customer details and order information accurately in the system
• Support the e-commerce operations team whenever required
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills are mandatory
• Basic system/computer knowledge is required
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations professionally
• Experience in customer support / e-commerce support is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
