Telesales Executive

A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, payments, and orders.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.
