we are a dynamic, fast-growing interior design company dedicated to delivering top-tier, luxury interior solutions and transforming spaces for our clients. We are expanding our marketing outreach team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Telecallers to help connect beautiful spaces with the people who dream of them.

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact between Space&Luxe and potential clients (homeowners, commercial property owners, and builders). Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospects, introduce our high-end design services, qualify leads, and schedule design consultations for our interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Initiate phone calls to potential customers from a provided database.
• Pitching Services: Clearly explain the company’s marketing services and value propositions to prospects.
• Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify potential leads by understanding their business needs.
• Appointment Scheduling: Fix appointments/meetings between qualified leads and our senior sales executives.
• Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, call logs, and statuses.
• Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with warm leads to build rapport and move them further down the funnel.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volumes and weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

For Freshers:

• High school diploma / Graduate in any stream.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English,Malayalam.
• A positive attitude, high energy, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel ,internet browsing).

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
