Job Description
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, inquiries, and follow-up leads.
- Present company products/services and explain benefits to customers.
- Handle client queries, provide accurate information, and guide them through the sales process.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments for booking, documentation, and customer support.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and on-ground events.
