Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead our international sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid experience in international call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage inside sales teams handling international clients
• Drive sales targets and ensure high team performance
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to meet KPIs
• Monitor sales calls and improve conversion rates
• Prepare performance reports and sales analytics
• Ensure high-quality customer engagement and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in International Call Center / Inside Sales
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
