Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hindi Voice Process – Customer Support & Sales Executives. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Explain products and services to customers clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Required SkillsExcellent Hindi communication skills (Mandatory).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
