Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & HR Executive to manage the company's day-to-day finance operations while supporting talent acquisition across all Gozerve service centers. This is a cross-functional role requiring excellent financial discipline, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely billing, receivables management, financial record keeping, and recruitment of technicians, customer support executives, and operations staff to support our growing network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance & AccountsGenerate customer invoices and ensure accurate billing.
  • Track and follow up on customer receivables and outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
  • Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, and cash collections.
  • Process vendor payments and maintain payable schedules.
  • Assist in GST documentation, TDS records, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on revenue, receivables, collections, and expenses.
  • Coordinate with external accountants and auditors during financial closing.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and financial records.
  • Human Resources & Recruitment Handle end-to-end recruitment for all Gozerve service centers.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring of technicians, customer support executives, pickup executives, and administrative staff.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with department managers.
  • Maintain the recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
  • Issue offer letters and coordinate employee onboarding.
  • Manage employee documentation and maintain personnel records.
  • Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Assist in attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate manpower planning for new service center launches and expansion.
  • Administrative Responsibilities Maintain employee and vendor records.
  • Coordinate with service center managers for staffing requirements.
  • Ensure HR and finance documents are properly maintained.
  • Support management with operational reports and business data.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, HR, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience in billing, receivables, payroll support, or recruitment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Preferred Skills Knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience handling customer collections and receivables.
  • Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and locations.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent follow-up skills.
