Field Service Engineer

Install, commission, and test air compressors, air dryers, air receiver tanks, filters, and compressed air piping systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of rotary screw and piston air compressors.

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults.

Attend customer breakdown calls and restore equipment to normal operation as quickly as possible.

Prepare and submit detailed service reports after every site visit.

Recommend spare parts, repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) based on machine condition.

Maintain proper communication with customers regarding service status and recommendations.

Ensure all service work is carried out safely and in accordance with company standards.

Coordinate with the service team and office for spare parts availability and service scheduling.

Maintain service tools, instruments, and company assets in good condition.

Travel to customer locations across Kerala and neighboring states when required.
