Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients in the assigned territory, building strong relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit potential and existing customers on the field to present products and services.
• Generate new leads through phone calls, door-to-door sales, and client referrals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide daily/weekly sales activity reports to management.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide post-sales support when needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for brand promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the region.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
