Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive / Customer Experience Specialist for a leading financial services company in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and queries professionally.

• Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, trading processes and financial products.

• Resolve customer complaints and service requests promptly.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.

• Guide customers regarding products, services, account opening and trading processes.
