Job Title: Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our office in Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and provide support

- Assist users with queries and resolve issues

- Maintain clear and professional communication

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills are mandatory

- Fluency in English is required

- Candidates must also be fluent in at least one of the following languages:

Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, Bengali or Punjabi

- Preference will be given to candidates whose selected language is their native or primary language

- Good listening and speaking ability

- Basic computer knowledge

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Job Details:

- Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

- Salary: ₹18,000 per month (starting)

- Food and accommodation will be provided by the company

Training:

- Training will be provided by the company

- The job is simple and can be learned within 2 days
