Position

Customer Relationship Executive (Female)

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

- Assist customers in selecting wallpapers, curtains, and interior décor products.

- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.

- Coordinate with designers, installers, and customers.

- Maintain customer records and provide after-sales support.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Ensure the showroom is well presented at all times.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.

- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, email).

- Sales or customer service experience is preferred.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Immediate joining preferred.

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives.
