About the Role

We are looking for a Female Business Development Officer to join our growing team. Fresh MBA graduates with a passion for sales and customer relationship management are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

  Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory)

  Candidates should be currently residing in Ernakulam or be willing to relocate immediately.

Important note

This is a target-oriented sales position. Only candidates who are genuinely interested in sales and are confident in working towards monthly targets should apply.

Key Responsibilities

  Contact and follow up with prospective leads.

  Convert enquiries into successful registrations.

  Counsel prospective learners about our training programs.

  Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the learner's journey, from enquiry to registration and beyond.

  Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth registration process.

  Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

  Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  Positive attitude with a passion for sales.

  Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

  Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Salary & Benefits

  Probation (1 Month): ₹15,000 per month

  After Successful Probation: ₹25,000 per month (subject to achieving sales targets)
