Job Description: Asset Operations ManagerKey Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor company assets, including equipment, vehicles, tools, and other operational resources.
• Maintain an accurate asset register, tracking allocation, usage, condition, and location.
• Coordinate asset maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing schedules.
• Monitor asset utilisation, minimise downtime, and control operational costs.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for asset-related requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation, stock verification, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on asset status, maintenance costs, and utilisation.

Required Skills

• Strong asset management and operational coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory tracking and maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in Excel and asset management systems.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Qualification: Graduate in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in asset management, facilities, or operations preferred.
