Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin/Facilities Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have 0.5 – 5 years of experience in a similar role, but candidates with relevant skills from different backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation
- Assist in coordinating office activities and schedules
- Support various departments with administrative needs
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation
- Work efficiently during night shifts
Requirements:
- 0.5 – 5 years of experience in administration or related roles
- Organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proactive, organized, sense of ownership and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing)
- Problem solving and punctuality.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), Basic knowledge in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
- Willingness to work night shifts
