Role & responsibilities 

Recruit advisers

Generate business through advisers

Lead and manage a team of advisers

Motivate them to achieve sales targets

Provide training and guidance

Preferred candidate profile 

✅ Minimum 1 year experience in Field Sales/Marketing (BFSI experience prefer.)

✅ Age: 21 to 48 years

✅ Graduation Mandatory

✅ Local candidates preferred.
