Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Executive for our Durgapur location. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers facing genuine insurance-related issues, understanding their concerns, and generating qualified leads for Bimacure's services.

The ideal candidate must have 2–5 years of prior experience in the insurance industry and should be currently based in or belong to Durgapur.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers facing genuine insurance-related issues.
• Generate leads through field visits, customer meetings, referrals, networking, and local market activities.
• Connect with customers facing issues such as:
• Medical/Health Insurance claim delays or rejections
• Death claim-related issues
• Other genuine insurance claim-related concerns
• Insurance policy mis-selling or misleading sales practices
• Understand customers' concerns and collect relevant preliminary information.
• Explain Bimacure's services and how the company can legally assist policyholders with their insurance-related concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and coordinate with the internal team.
• Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and business targets.
• Explore new areas and customer segments in and around Durgapur for lead generation.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Submit regular reports regarding field activities and lead status.
• Maintain professional communication and provide customers with accurate information about the company's services.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience Required: 2–5 years.
• Previous Work Experience: Must have prior experience in the Insurance Industry only.
• Candidate should belong to or be based in Durgapur, West Bengal.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, claims, and customer handling will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting customers personally.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good networking and lead-generation abilities.
• Must be familiar with the Durgapur local market.
