Job Description
🎯 We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager / Meta Ads Specialist who can independently manage and scale Facebook & Instagram paid advertising campaigns with a clear focus on actual sales and payment conversions.
Our primary funnel:
Facebook / Instagram Ads → Landing Page → Customer → Payment → Sale
The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing this complete performance marketing funnel.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Create and optimize Sales / Conversion campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and scaling
- Track Purchase/Payment conversions
- Work with Landing Pages and conversion funnels
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Events & Conversion Tracking
- Analyze CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate & ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences and campaigns
- Manage Retargeting campaigns
- Create Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them
- Stop underperforming campaigns based on data
- Coordinate with the landing-page/development team for tracking and conversion optimization
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
- Continuously work to reduce customer acquisition cost and increase sales
⭐ Candidate Must Have
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads is mandatory.
We are NOT looking for candidates whose primary experience is only:
❌ Social media posting
❌ Canva designing
❌ Content writing
❌ Instagram page management
❌ Facebook page management
We need someone who can actually spend advertising money and generate measurable sales/conversions.
📊 Practical Experience Preferred
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- E-commerce
