 FLS – Job Description Position Title: Front Line Sales (Business Development Executive/Business Development Manager/Sr. Business Development Manager/Branch Sales Manager/Channel Sales Manager) – Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, General Insurance & Cross-selling other Financial Products like Mutual Funds Location: Reports to: Assistant Unit Head/ Unit Head/ Sr. Unit Head Key Responsibilities:  Sales Leadership & Target Achievement o Drive assigned targets for acquiring Fixed Deposits and selling insurance products both life & general o Monitor performance and ensure achievement of premium and persistency targets o Own and deliver location-specific KPIs including market share, productivity, and activation  Team Management o Lead, coach and mentor team of Business Associates o Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and skill development of the business associates o Keep driving performance culture through regular interactions and providing market and product updates o Set goals, review performance of BA’s  Channel Development o Build and strengthen multi-channel distribution model through Agency Model as well as direct sales o Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning with channel heads  Agency Channel Development o Expand agency base by recruiting high-quality advisors o Drive agency leader productivity through regular engagement, mentoring, and rewards o Promote a performance-based culture with strong career progression  Compliance & Process Adherence o Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational and company policies  Market Intelligence o Gather and analyse competitive insights and market trends to drive regional strategies o Recommend product/market fit improvements and promotional strategies Key Skills & Competencies:  Strong communication and negotiation skills  Data-driven decision-making  Customer-centric mind-set  Good product understanding  Good sales and negotiation skills  High focus on governance, quality and agent retention  Strategic thinking with local market execution ability Qualifications & Experience:  Minimum Graduate/Postgraduate with 1 year to 8 years of sales experience in insurance (Life/Health), Fixed Deposits, Pharma or Retail industry
