Job Description

We are seeking motivated candidates to join our team in a dynamic customer service and cross-sales role. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services during customer interactions.

9 hours rotational shift

Rs. 40 for daily travel allowance.

Working Days: 6 days per week with 1 rotational weekly off

Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives
