Technical Sales Engineer

1. Handle customer enquiries and leads received through IndiaMART, repeat customers (MNCs), website, email, phone calls, and other platforms.
2. Understand customer technical requirements related to electrical test equipment and provide suitable product solutions.
3. Discuss specifications, ratings, applications, standards, and testing requirements with clients.
4. Prepare techno-commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
5. Follow up regularly with customers regarding submitted quotations and negotiate to close orders.
6. Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
7. Assist in preparing product catalogs, technical documents, and marketing materials.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
2. Ability to communicate confidently with industrial clients and consultants.
