Loan Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have shown interest in loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Generate quality leads and convert enquiries into successful loan applications.
• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal processing teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
