Human Resource Intern

Recruitment & Sourcing: Screen incoming applications, conduct preliminary phone screens, post openings across job boards, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR queries and lead the planning and execution of monthly employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.

Exit Management & Offboarding: Manage the offboarding lifecycle, conduct initial exit interviews to gather actionable feedback, and coordinate departmental clearances across accounts, IT, and admin.

Monthly Employee Data & Payroll Operations: Maintain the active employee master database, track monthly attendance and leave records, and prepare accurate joiner/leaver reports for payroll processing.

Database & ERP Maintenance: Ensure high data accuracy and strict confidentiality by updating physical personnel files, digital records, and internal HRMS/ERP systems.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or pursuing) in HR or Business Administration with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and office tools.
