Job Description
JOB VACANCY – SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Company: Phoenix Power Solution
Location: Dombivli
Industry: Inverter, Battery & UPS Solutions
Job Responsibilities:
Installation and servicing of inverters, batteries and UPS systems
Attend customer service calls and resolve basic technical issues
Check battery water levels, terminals, wiring and backup performance
Perform preventive maintenance and battery replacement
Deliver and install products at customer locations
Maintain service reports and update customer service records
Coordinate with the office and service team
Ensure proper handling of company tools, products and customer equipment
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of inverter and battery servicing preferred
Freshers may also apply; training will be provided
Must know how to ride a two-wheeler
Valid driving licence preferred
Willingness to perform fieldwork in Dombivli, Kalyan and nearby areas
Responsible, punctual and customer-friendly attitude
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month + incentives
Weekly Off: Monday
