Job Description

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Acquire new clients for Events, Activations, Video Production, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across KPRO Group services.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their marketing and business objectives.

Revenue Growth

  • Own and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
  • Drive repeat business and long-term contracts.

Market Development

  • Identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, HR Heads, and Corporate Decision Makers.
  • Represent KPRO Group at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
  • Experience in Events, Activations, Advertising, Media, Digital Marketing, or Agency Business preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and commercially focused.
