Production Operator

Job Title: Production Machine OperatorJob Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery efficiently and safely. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production quality, meeting daily targets, and ensuring smooth machine operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Set up machines and adjust machine parameters as required.
• Monitor machine performance during production.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to required quality standards.
• Check raw materials and finished products for basic quality requirements.
• Maintain production output as per daily targets.
• Identify machine abnormalities, breakdowns, or operational issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
• Follow all safety rules, production procedures, and workplace guidelines.
• Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance staff, and other production team members.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient use of machines and resources.
• Requirements:10th/12th pass or ITI/Diploma preferred.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or Production Operator is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of operating industrial/production machinery.
• Ability to understand basic machine instructions and safety procedures.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
