Jio Point Lead

*Expand the retail distribution network by onboarding new retailers and strengthening the existing retail ecosystem to improve market coverage and business growth.

*Track and monitor retailer performance through regular business reviews, ensuring achievement of sales, activation, recharge, and productivity targets.

*Drive customer acquisition and revenue targets by executing both inbound (walk-in customers) and outbound (field sales and retailer-led acquisition) initiatives.

*Ensure all Jio Point stores remain active and productive by consistently achieving sales, customer acquisition, recharge, and revenue objectives.

*Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring high service standards, prompt issue resolution, and compliance with Jio's operating processes and governance guidelines at all Jio Point stores.

*Manage, monitor, and evaluate team productivity by setting clear performance goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement.
