Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager responsible for developing new markets, appointing dealers and distributors, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market visits, and monitoring competitor activities. Candidates should have 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, with mandatory experience in the hardware industry. Product knowledge of any hardware category, such as bathroom accessories, tiles, pipes, paints, or related products, is required, along with strong sales, communication, negotiation, and dealer-handling skills.
