Job Description

VRIDAM HEALTHCARE PVT. LTD. is looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team in Nashik.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dispatch and shipment activities.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
  • Check products, quantities and packing before dispatch.
  • Coordinate with courier/transport agencies for timely delivery.
  • Maintain dispatch records and update stock/dispatch details.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts and other departments.
  • Track shipments and follow up on pending deliveries.
  • Ensure proper packaging and safe handling of products.
  • Perform other dispatch-related administrative tasks as required.


  • Required Qualifications
  • 12th Pass / Any Graduation
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain records and documentation.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment.
