Position: HR Associate

Experience Required: 1–2 Years in Human Resources

Work Location: Dindigul (Dindigul Candidates are Highly Preferred.)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Employee Onboarding & Induction Process
• HR Documentation & Employee Records Management
• Attendance & Leave Management
• Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
• HR Administrative Activities
• Preparing HR Reports and Maintaining HR MIS
• Support Payroll Inputs and HR Compliance Activities
• Coordinate with Internal Teams for HR Operations
• Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and confidential documents

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA HR / BBA/MA.HRM)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
