Operations Team Member_O_WBG OPERATIONS (OPS)_0180_8190_1086560
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor Working Capital products including:
- Cash Credit (CC)
- Overdraft (OD)
- Bank Guarantees (BG)
- Letter of Credit (LC)
- Bills Discounting
- Supply Chain Finance transactions
- Verify and process disbursements, renewals, limit setups, enhancements, and closures.
- Perform documentation scrutiny, regulatory checks, and compliance verification.
- Coordinate with Business, Credit, Legal, Operations, and customers for smooth transaction execution.
- Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution within defined TATs.
- Handle operational exceptions, reconciliations, and audit observations.
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and risk controls.
- Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
- Prepare operational MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Working Capital Operations within Banking/NBFCs.
- Strong understanding of trade finance and working capital products.
- Knowledge of documentation, disbursement processes, and operational risk controls.
- Exposure to core banking and workflow systems preferred.
