Job Description

  • Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Source prospective clients through branch walk-ins, pre-assigned customer databases, open markets, cold calling, and corporate kiosks.
  • Product Consultation: Pitch and explain distinct credit card features, reward programs, spending benefits, fee waivers, and eligibility norms clearly to users.
  • Documentation & Processing: Oversee the end-to-end compilation of application forms, verifying KYC details (identity, address, and income proofs) to reduce rejection rates.
  • Pipeline & Follow-ups: Maintain detailed daily tracking logs of in-progress applications and persistently follow up on pending items for swift conversions.
  • Cross-Department Synergy: Coordinate closely with branch relationship managers, support desks, and operations teams to boost lead-to-conversion metrics.
  • Compliance & Integrity: Adhere strictly to banking regulatory guidelines, code of conduct, and KYC policies during every customer onboarding.
