Job Description
Multi-Cuisine Cooking: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines (primarily North Indian, Continental, and popular Asian/Pan-Asian).
Section Management: Manage daily prep (mise en place) and ensure your section runs efficiently during service hours.
Menu Flexibility: Assist in designing daily changing menus, local Himachali specials, and customized meals based on guest dietary preferences or requests.
Inventory & Sourcing: Monitor stock levels, minimize food wastage, and coordinate the sourcing of fresh, local ingredients.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain exceptionally high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in compliance with local regulations.
