• 📝 Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily coal mining production activities.
• Check production output according to company specifications.
• Supervise truck loading and unloading operations.
• Maintain production reports and operational records.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with workers and site management for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.

• 🎓 Eligibility CriteriaHigher Secondary (HS) Pass
• Diploma (Any Discipline)
• Any Graduate
• B.Tech / B.E. (Any Specialization)

• 💻 Required SkillsBasic Computer Knowledge
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to work in a mining environment
