Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process and help the company hire suitable candidates. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing applicants, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment status.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support offer, joining, and onboarding activities.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets within timelines.
Maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate
English: Basic English
Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment/HR
Preferred Courses: M.Com, MBA, B.A.
Candidates with experience in the Gold, Gems & Jewellery or Gold, Gems, Watches, Jewellery & Accessories industry preferred.
Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Shift: Day (Full Time)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Fixed: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000
Incentives: Up to ₹2,000
