Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase orders for our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchasing and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain purchase records, stock details, and MIS reports.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments.
- Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and other required items.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in purchase or procurement.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
