Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and skilled Packing Machine Operator to operate and monitor packing machinery, ensure proper packaging of products, and maintain production quality and efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor packing/packaging machines as per production requirements.
• Set machine parameters and make basic adjustments during production.
• Ensure proper filling, sealing, labeling, weighing, and packing of products.
• Check packed products for quality, quantity, weight, and packaging defects.
• Maintain continuous production flow and minimize machine downtime.
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of packing machines.
• Report machine breakdowns or technical issues to the maintenance/supervisor team.
• Maintain production and packing records as required.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and SOP guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the packing area.
• Required SkillsExperience operating packing/packaging machines.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand production instructions and SOPs.
• Good observation and quality-checking skills.
• Ability to work in a production/shift environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working on the shop floor.
• Teamwork and discipline.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in:

• FMCG
• Food processing
• Packaging industry
• Manufacturing units
• Pouch packing
• Filling & sealing machines
• Automatic/semiautomatic packing machines

Education : ITI preferred.
