Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Billing & Dispatch Management
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of materials as per confirmed orders
- Maintain proper records of dispatched goods
2. Sales & Distributor Coordination
- Coordinate with sales teams to support timely deliveries
- Communicate dispatch schedules and delivery timelines
- Assist in resolving dispatch-related queries
3. Production & Transport Coordination
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Address transit issues to maintain smooth operations
