Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an organized and empathetic CRM Manager to oversee our customer lifecycle and post-sales operations. 

• Key ResponsibilitiesPost-Sales Coordination: Manage the end-to-end documentation process, including Application Forms, Allotment Letters, and Sale Agreements (BBA).
• Payment Collection: Monitor payment schedules, issue demand letters, and ensure timely collections from clients and banks to maintain healthy project cash flow.
• Query Resolution: Act as the dedicated concierge for clients, resolving concerns regarding construction updates, payment milestones, and legal queries.
• CRM System Management: Maintain and update the CRM database (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP) to ensure 100% data accuracy for all customer interactions.
• Possession & Handover: Lead the final handover process, including the preparation of "No Dues Certificates," coordinating final inspections (snagging), and organizing key-handover events.
• Retention & Referrals: Implement loyalty programs and referral schemes to generate new business from the existing client base.
