Job Description:

We are hiring a Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate should have experience in managing hospitality services and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hospitality operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with staff and supervise team activities
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues
• Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and smooth operations
• Prepare reports and monitor performance

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate
• English: Basic English
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and customer relations effectively

Salary: ₹ 20,000 – ₹ 30,000 per month

Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)
