Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of school-related products (books, furniture, supplies, etc.) by visiting schools, institutions, and retail outlets. The candidate should be self-motivated, confident, and ready to travel in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools, coaching centers, and other educational institutions for product promotion and sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
• Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups regularly
• Maintain records of visits, inquiries, and sales in the prescribed format
• Provide market feedback to management

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
