Video Director

• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Plan which video/content should be posted, on which date and at what time, based on the content schedule.
• Coordinate with the Video Editor to ensure videos are edited according to requirements and delivered within the given timeline.
• Review edited videos and coordinate for necessary changes, corrections, and finalization before publishing.
• Prepare thumbnail content/text and coordinate with the designer/editor for attractive and relevant thumbnails.
• Write and coordinate WhatsApp content, blog content, captions, descriptions, and other promotional content.
• Coordinate and manage the YouTube video publishing process, including title, description, thumbnail, tags and scheduling.
• Maintain a proper record of published, scheduled, pending and upcoming content.
• Coordinate with the team for video shoots and ensure that the required content is captured as per the plan.
• Supervise the shooting process and ensure that the required shots, topics and content are covered properly.
• Take responsibility for anchoring/presentation in videos whenever required.
• Coordinate between the shooting, editing, designing and social media teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure that all content is completed and published within the planned timeline.
• Monitor published content and suggest improvements in content, presentation, thumbnails and posting strategy.
• Maintain consistency in the organization's content style, messaging and communication.
• Support the team in planning new video ideas, campaigns and digital content.
• Handle any other content or media-related responsibilities assigned by management.
• Required SkillsGood Hindi and English communication skills.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Good understanding of YouTube and social media content.
• Ability to plan and manage a content calendar.
• Good coordination and team-management skills.
• Confident anchoring and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of video editing, thumbnails and digital content is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
• Good attention to detail.

Preferred Experience 5 years of experience in Content Management, Social Media, Digital Media, YouTube Management, Production Coordination or a similar role.
