Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing Australian travel team. If you have experience in flight ticket sales, GDS, and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Book domestic and international flight tickets.
• Provide excellent customer support before and after booking.
• Offer the best airfare options and upsell where appropriate.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on customer leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
• Must have hands-on experience with Travelport GDS (Smartpoint).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Fluency in at least one regional language (Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Arabic, Urdu, etc.) is mandatory.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and customer service attitude.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Start Time: 3:30 AM IST
