We are looking for a highly motivated Experience Sales Executive who can convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable international travel packages
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through calls and chats
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized travel recommendations
• Explain itineraries, packages, pricing, visa requirements, and travel documentation
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain leads in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Upsell additional services such as activities, insurance, and premium upgrades

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in travel sales or holiday packages
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience handling international travel packages
• Ability to close sales and achieve targets
• Knowledge of destinations like Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Maldives, Dubai, Europe
• Comfortable handling high-volume leads
• Basic knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation
• Proficiency in English and Hindi

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
