Tour Operation Executive Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end tour operations including bookings, itinerary planning, hotel coordination, and transport arrangements.

• Assisted customers with travel queries and provided timely support through calls and emails.

• Coordinated with vendors and travel partners to ensure smooth tour execution.

• Maintained booking records, customer databases, and operational reports.

• Handled client follow-ups, confirmations, and travel documentation efficiently.

• Performing additional operational and administrative responsibilities as required.
