Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage e-tendering process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare tender documents for submission.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs, developing strategies for successful bids.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines during the tendering process.
• Analyze bid results, identifying areas for improvement in future submissions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in using Gem Portal or similar platforms for e-tendering processes.
• 2-7 years of experience in E-tendering, Bidding, Tender Documentation & E-Procurement.
• Strong understanding of government procurement procedures and regulations.
