Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and offers to customers.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain customer records and follow up with leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp).
• Ability to convince customers and close sales.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Preferred SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
