• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call details.

Mandatory Requirements

✅ Bengali Language: Compulsory (Fluent speaking required)

✅ Hindi Language: Compulsory (Good communication required)

✅ Good convincing and sales skills.

✅ Basic computer knowledge.

Salary & Benefits
