Job Description

📢 Hiring: Telesales Executive – Delhi

We are looking for a Telesales Executive focused on lead conversion, sampling & closing B2B clients.

What we offer:

• Leads will be provided by the company to a certain extent

• 3–4 days product & sales briefing/training

• Initial 15 days reporting from our office in Pitampura, Delhi

• Performance-based incentives

• The more deals you close, the more you earn

What you’ll be doing:

• Calling and following up with leads

• Understanding client requirements

• Sending/coordinating samples

• Following up with prospects

• Converting leads and closing deals

• Maintaining regular follow-ups and reporting

This is a results-driven role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, persistent and genuinely focused on closing.

💰 Earnings: Fixed + performance-based incentives
